Welcome to eQuranic Circle! (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website https://www.equraniccircle.com/ and our online Quran teaching. By using our website or signing up for courses, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. Accepting These Terms

By using our website or services, you're saying that:

*   You've read and understand these Terms.
*   You agree to follow the rules.
*   If you're signing up a child, you're their parent or guardian.

If you don't agree with anything here, please don't use our website or services.

2. What We Offer

eQuranic Circle provides:

*   Online Quran Reading (Nazra)
*   Quran with Tajweed
*   Hifz (Memorization)
*   Tafseer & Hadith Studies
*   Islamic Studies for kids and adults

We might change or update our services sometimes.

3. What You Need to Do

When you sign up, you agree to:

*   Give us real and correct info.
*   Keep your login info safe.
*   Show up to classes on time.
*   Be respectful to teachers and staff.
*   Only use our services for learning.

Breaking these rules could mean your account gets suspended or canceled.

4. Class Times and Showing Up

• Classes are set up based on when you want them and when the teacher is free.
• If you need to change a class time, tell us 4–6 hours before class.
• If you miss a class without telling us, you won't get a refund.
• Missing too many classes without telling us might mean you can't take classes for a while.

5. Payments

• You pay monthly or based on the plan you picked.
• You have to pay before classes start.
• We use safe payment companies (like Stripe, PayPal).
• We don't keep any of your payment info on our website.
• If you pay late or the payment doesn't go through, your classes might be stopped.

6. Getting Your Money Back

You might get a refund if:

*   Your teacher can't make it.
*   There are big problems with the schedule.
*   We have tech issues.

You won't get a refund if:

*   You miss a class without telling us.
*   You change your mind after the month starts.
*   The student isn't interested.

7. How to Behave

You agree NOT to:

*   Mess up the website or services.
*   Be mean to teachers or staff.
*   Record classes without asking.
*   Give your login info to others.
*   Copy or share class materials.
*   Use our site for bad stuff.

If you do any of these, your account will be canceled right away.

8. Your Privacy

We care about your privacy.

We don't collect:

*   Payment info
*   Names or addresses
*   What you believe in
*   Private stuff

9. Tools We Use

We use other companies' tools, like:

*   Zoom / Google Meet (for classes)
*   WhatsApp / Email (to talk to you)
*   Analytics (to see how our website is doing)

These tools have their own rules. We're not in charge of their rules or if they have problems.

10. Our Stuff

Everything on our website—text, pictures, videos, class stuff, logos—is owned by eQuranic Circle.

You can't:

*   Copy
*   Share
*   Sell
*   Change

any of our stuff without our permission.

11. If Things Go Wrong

eQuranic Circle is not to blame if:

*   Your internet goes out or you have tech problems.
*   Other websites cause delays or problems.
*   You mess up our services.
*   Students don't do well in school.

We're only in charge of giving you the classes you signed up for.

12. Ending Services

We can stop or cancel your access if:

*   You don't pay.
*   You break these Terms.
*   You're mean to teachers or staff.
*   You mess up our site.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We might change these Terms sometimes. We'll post the changes on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. If you keep using our services, you're agreeing to the new Terms.
